Heading into summer

Selected Nordic stocks have been selling off as of late. One potential explanation for the phenomenan is that institutional investors are selling low-float stocks out as a precaution. There might be an indicator there for someone to use.

This week we have had several seemingly small news trigger a 20-30% move down. Even bigger companies like Pandora and Renewable Energy Corporation have sold off accordingly although for the latter, the news about cutting capacity in the summer should not have come as a surprise as it was very clearly said in Q1 materials. Pandora has high short interest. Sevan Marine has gone to pennies. Visibility continues to be very low.
