Charges against Outokumpu concerning exports practises to Russia dismissed

All charges against Outokumpu’s (OMX:OUT1V) export practises into Russia were dismissed in Kouvola district court. The Finnish State has been ordered to pay damages according to Outokumpu’s press release. Finnish media posted some rather damning reports of the culpability of certain Outokumpu employees in March and the press release certainly hints at displeasure of such insinuations as well as States role in the entire matter.
