High quality nonwovens and specialty papers manufacturer Ahlstrom (OMXH:
AHL1V)
warned its operating profit for 2011 will be lower than anticipated due to continuing cost inflation in raw material prices. The sales volumes have been developing well but the company has not been able to pass on the costs to customers in full. The sales outlook is kept at around 2 billion Euro range but operating profit before non recurring items is now estimated to be 75-95 million, down from 90-110 million.
