Airbus offer for Satair

Satair A/S (CPH: SAT) and EADS announced this week that Airbus is making a recommended voluntary public offer supported by Satair’s Board for all shares of Satair. Satair is a Danish aircraft parts and aircraft maintenance service solutions supplier with about 360 employees worldwide. Airbus offers 580 DKK per share (2.6 billion DKK total).
