Cencorp insider trading case

End-of-line automation company Cencorp Corporation (HEL: CNC1V) noted on 11.12.2010 that Helsinki police had started a preliminary investigation against several former members of Cencorp’s board of directors for suspected accounting- and insider trading violations.

The company says that it has come to its attention that District Prosecutor has decided to prosecute some former employees for securities markets information offence and/or for insider trading. The suspected violations took place in 2005 and 2006 and Cencorp states that its opinion is that the prosecutions do not have substantial effect on company’s operations or financial position.
