Endomines: Cave-in at the Pampalo Gold Mine

Endomines (STO: ENDO) just announced that a cave-in at noontime today in the Pampalo gold mine has destroyed a recently delivered cable bolting rig. Endomines says that the rig is fully insured and no personnel were hurt. The firm is assessing the impact of the incident and its effects on its year 2011 gold production levels The stock, which was already pressured from its recently published production statistics report, is down 6.5% right after the announcement.
