Nokia lawsuit, rating cut, competitors

Nokia(OMX: NOK1V) has again dipped under 4 Euros on a run of bad news for the company. Yesterday InterDigital Inc filed a lawsuit against Nokia, Huawei and ZTE with International Trade Commission.

Today Moody’s downgraded Nokia’s debt to Baa2 from A3 with a negative outlook. Moody’s says that “The rating downgrade reflects a severe weakening of Nokia's business position".

Additionally Fujitsu Toshiba mobile communications (a product of a merger of Fujitsu Ltd and Toshiba Corp’s mobile phone businesses) just unveiled what they claim to be world's first Windows 7 Mango handset. Some had believed Nokia might get there first. Mango Release To Manufacturing (RTM) build was just released yesterday according to Microsoft's official blog.
