NSN stake sale negotiations did not bear fruit

Nokia (OMX: NOK1V) and Siemens (FWB: SIE, NYSE: SI) continue as sole owners in the 50-50 joint venture Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) after discussions with private equity investors and subsequent review of options were concluded, NSN said in a press release. Nokia and Siemens plan to concentrate on growing enterprise value for now.
