Rautaruukki's employees walk out

Finnish broadcasting company Yle reports that Rautaruukki’s (OMXH: RTRKS) employees in Raahe staged a walkout on Friday afternoon to protest against the working conditions of Polish workers working on a German subcontractor’s payroll. The subcontractor is working on modernization of blast furnace 2 at Raahe Steel Works. The industrial action by Rautaruukki’s employyes is supposed to last until Saturday morning.
