Another volatile week ahead

Macroeconomic concerns will again take center stage when Nordic markets open for trading in 7.5 hours. S&P downgrade of US debt and ECB intervening with its bond-buying program to try to stem rhe rise of rates that Italy and Spain are having to swallow are the most immediate issues on the table. Chinese government is expected to announce July's consumer price index this week. The local media is quoting government economists saying further interest rate hikes are possible in the near term. There are relatively few quarterly reports on Monday.
