Finnish Constitutional Law Committee opinion throws a wrench on proposed EFSF decision making changes

YLE reports that Finnish Contitutional Law Committee considers proposed changes to European Financial Stability Facility unconstitutional. France and Germany have been proposing that the use of EFSF funds would require 85% majority instead of unanimous decision in the future.
