The agreement with FPC targets an initial volume of 20-40
million units in 2012-2014 through the partner’s established sales channel to
mobile phone manufacturers. The FPC swipe sensor combined with Biometric
modules leads to additional navigation, security and convenience application
solutions.
The company feels this endorsement validates its leading
technology in the area. Promotion of the product to key customers has already
begun. The stock hopped almost 20% in Tuesday session.
