Niklas Zennström buys into Klarna

Anralk Holding AB which owned by Investment companies Creades AB (STO: CRED B, 59%) and Investment AB Öresund (STO: ORES, 41%) has sold 20% of its holding Online shopping solutions provider Klarna to Niklas Zennström’s investment group Atomico. The deal is worth 100 million SEK and values the company 23% higher than previously stated by the selling parties. This raises the market value of their remaining holding of Anralk to 399 million, corresponding to 236 and 163 million valuation for the indirect ownership of Creades and Investment AB Öresund.
