Another strike looms for Norwegian

Cabin crew of budget airliner Norwegian belonging to trade union Parat is threatening to strike from Wednesday morning onwards unless their proposition given to the State Conciliator of Norway is accepted by the employer side by Tuesday midnight. Norwegian Kabinforening and Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (OSE:NAS) are called to negotiate at the mediator’s office today and tomorrow. The dispute is over working conditions, permanent employment stature and pay. The organization represents over two thirds of the personnel in questions and industrial action would have a major impact on flights, bringing at least flights in Norway to a halt.
