It would seem that HQ bank has finally reached the end of the line as financial authorities revoked its license for continuous breaches of banking regulations. As reported by Dagens Industry, there were several last-ditch efforts, among others from Carnegie bank, to acquire HQ. Carnegie does not deny it may continue to have such aspirations.
