Symphony Aldata mandatory tender offer terms and conditions
The terms of the mandatory offer by Symphony Technology for Aldata Solutions oyj (OMXH: ALD1V) came. As expected, Symphony is offering 61 cents a share for all of the shares in Aldata. Aldata's Board will decide later what to make of the offer.
