Major landslide in Bysenet forces evacuations

Demonstrative of the hazards the extreme weather mild winter poses, several hundred meter landslide has forced dozens of people to be evacuated in Bysenet area, near Trondheim, Norway. No injuries have been reported. The situation is under control for now but the potential of further movement of the land masses is still there. The occurrence also underscores the hazards of building on clay in a hilly area. A helicopter video from an air ambulance is available from Youtube here.
