FT: Nokia talks Vertu with Permira

Financial Times writes that Nokia (OMX: NOK1V, NYSE: NOK) is in advanced talks to sell the world’s most expensive mobile phone brand Vertu to investment company Permira, which specializes in luxury and technology brand investments. The speculation is that it could command a price round about estimated annual sales of 200 million. Nokia is seen as trying to speed-up non-core divestments as its credit rating is plunging.
